By purchasing from or using promptdynamo.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products

PromptDynamo sells digital products in PDF format ("Prompt Packs"). These are collections of AI prompt templates designed for professional use with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. All products are delivered digitally via an instant download link after purchase.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompt pack for your own personal or business purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the prompt packs to any third party
• Share the PDF files publicly or on any platform without written permission
• Claim authorship of the prompt packs or remove any branding
• Use the prompt packs to create competing products for resale

Each purchase grants a licence for a single user. If you wish to use a prompt pack across a team, please contact us for a team licence.

3. Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital PDFs, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once your purchase is complete and the download link is delivered, we are unable to offer refunds.

Personal-rework promise: if a prompt in your pack doesn't work for your specific market or use case, email us with details and we'll personally rework it for you, free of charge.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your download, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. PromptDynamo does not store your payment card information. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All prompt packs, website content, copy, and design are the intellectual property of PromptDynamo. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer

PromptDynamo's products are provided "as is". While we make every effort to ensure the quality and usefulness of our prompt packs, we make no guarantees about specific results. AI outputs depend on the tool used, your inputs, and many other factors outside our control. Results may vary.

PromptDynamo does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, salary increases, or any specific career outcome. Our products are tools to help you prepare applications, outreach, and interview responses — actual hiring outcomes depend on your experience, market conditions, employer decisions, and many other factors outside our control.

PromptDynamo is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other AI provider. "ChatGPT" and "Claude" are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptDynamo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, to spam or harass others, to infringe on third-party rights, or to interfere with the operation of our site.

9. Changes to These Terms
